Stick to the subject Rex, you're on a roll.
The SEB has already effectively killed off Prepared. The Gang of 4,
three Kansas Residents and one from Indiana, have already been VERY
effective and brought the National BoD into the picture and that's why the
2004 D Prepared rules are being repeated for 2005.
The goal of the Gang of 4 was to eliminate the Mazda Miata from DP
entirely and to cripple the Lotus 7A so it can't be competitive. They have
been VERY effective. It should also be noted there's a fifth party in the
picture from southern California who is constantly on the telephone with
the Gang of Four, egging them on.
That reality doesn't relate to the SF Region proposal to meld Stock
Cars on Street Tires (140 wear number) into the same run groups as Stock
cars on whatever you brought.
