The rules ARE readily accessible and for free even (if you have a computer
or borrow a copy from a friend...), it's just if you want them portable you
have to pay. You even get a CD with it.

Ask any business, or even Steve Johnson since SCCA IS a business, the
benefit of giving away your intellectual property. How is protecting it's
copyright material from being pirated a Bad Thing for them to do?

(Oh but this is different... Isn't that how the rebuttal starts?)

Where's the beef? There's no such thing as free lunch... Wouldn't Be
Prudent... You can't get there from here... It's Always Something... And
that's the way it is, May 28 2002... And So It Goes...

I'm Kimball Ayer Y2K2 WRX #61, and you're not!

You're out of luck. SCCA makes it difficult. You could buy the full

version of Acrobat which allows you to copy text, and then paste it into a

word processor. Short of that, you're SOL. Feel free to email Steve

Johnson your sentiments on not having the rules easily accessible.
