Steve,
Welcome to the mailing list. First of all I would like to say to you
that from previous experience sometimes it is easier to get parts if you
just ask on our datsun mailing list, you will find that you don't have to
bid as high as on ebay. Also when need an original part that you can't find
and feel that you have to get it then absolutely then pay what you have to.
In regards to restoring your roadster I think it's great, every owner
has an attachment for some reason, and all of our car's are worth keeping on
the road. I also have many great memories driving my car and can't wait to
get it finished so that I can share this toy with my wife and the rest of us
aficionado's. I did keep some of the e-mails in regards to removing the
frame, let me know if you want them and I will forward them to you.
