Alan;

I've been through Skip Barber's three day competition course and SCCA's two
weekend driver's school as well and have participated in two years of CSRG
Vintage and SCCA Vintage events as well as numerous discussions about proper
vintage racing etiquette with people with over 30 years of competitive and
vintage racing experience and I have never heard of "retaking the line."
And why would that driver have to let a slower car through? Sounds fishy to
me. Anyone out there think this is a valid reason for turning down on
another car after seeing them?

When you move over to let someone buy you move back to the racing line when
its safe to do so. You don't take that attitude only one goes by and the
heck with everyone else.

Good Luck!
