Think about this one.

My 61 Elite has an engine that almost can't be replaced any more.

How about I drop in a Rover V8 instead.

Of course, I would need a stronger gear box, for safety of course, Maybe
even a 5 or 6 speed while I'm at it.

Then bigger brakes, for safety of course, and a limited slip diff with
bigger ring and pinion, don't want to spill diff lube on the track,
safety of course.

Come on gang.  Lets protect our baloney!!!!
