Jim Hayes.....hey....racing season wasn't quite over yet....The 4th Annual
Turkey Bowl this weekend at Summit Point was one of the best yet....despite
some colder weather this year on Friday and Sat's late rain...Sunday
afternoon turned out to be perfect after the storm clouds headed
north.....and the temps even got up over 50 degrees. Four groups shared the
Turkety Bowl weekend.....2 big groups of VSCCA and invited later vintage
cars, the Legend Cars, and assorted BWM, Porsche,Vettes, Pintos in separate
classes. This event should be a wanna do for those who can give up the
second day turkey leftovers! Kudos to Mark Palmer and all the MGVR guys who
made the trek to the Point.
