On TS81417L, they are slot head machine screws. I think the Dzus ones took
the square headed tool.
A large drill bit removed the head, after which the stanchions came off
easily.
The remaining protruding studs then turned out as if they had never resisted
at all (with a pair of vice grips).
No access from the inside.

...I am trying to remove the windscreen stanchions on my 60 3A. First
issue is
that the large slotted head machine screws (?) are frozen...
Are these Dzus fasteners on a 60, or are they machine screws?
Is there any way that these can be
