Actually, if they are the plastic cable ties that we use to secure cables around the labs, they will not break (even if you want them too). The type I'm referring too are made from nylon I believe. T

Several people said to turn the rear wheel, but I just remove the sparkplugs and then turn the engine over by pushing on the plastic fan blades. Just be sure to grip them right at the base of the fan
