A used replacement is probably your best bet as Bill suggests here.
However, If the leak is coming from the steel pipe that leads in and
out of the manifold, you might be able to find a good shop (radiator
shop?) that could put a weld on the hole. Bill, does that pipe just
go straight through the intake manifold? I assume that it does, and
the mere fact that the intake is made from aluminum makes cooling
pretty effective. (the heat can easily move from the aluminum to the
water in the pipe.) Would it be possible to replace the steel pipe?
I would think that a good shop could cut the pipe out, drill out the
old one, and then slide a new stainless piece in place. That would
fix it, but a used one would probably be cheaper, and a safer bet.
:-)

Good luck, and let us know what you find!
