but what people have been saying is that SCCA is worse than the feds with
change.  i dont see what difference it makes if these specialty tires are
outlawed for public road use.  pretty much everyone agrees the hooiser
autox/race tires is not streetable.  people wont even drive their kumhos to
an event!

crap, the log book on my road race car lists "Material of Coachwork" as a
specification!  how out of date is that?!
