I think this potential law is absolutely nuts. What do SUV blow outs have to do 
with R tires?!

They should just ban SUVs! It's so obvious!

Furthermore, now that you've gotten me started, they're talking about charging 
pedestrians and cyclists to use the Golden Gate Bridge. Well, these aren't the 
people who put wear and tear on the bridge, it's the drivers of the big, heavy 
vehicles who do. So, just make the people who are actually HELPING with 
congestion pay!

Grumble, grumble.
