Ebay sellers and buyers come in all shades and stripes, just like in the
real world. There are people who get off on revenge and people who
won't complain even when complaining is clearly justified. I used to
live next door to a lady who waited impatiently for my motor home to be
parked on the street more than 24 hours (local ordinance) and then
promptly called the cops. This gave her great satisfaction! There is
no cure for people like that and no preventative that I know of. I
know, as a seller, that sooner or later someone will hit me with a
negative feedback, whether justified or not, and something I treasure
will be gone. It is simply not worth worrying about, except for being
as honest and careful as I can be.
Regards, Bill
