The dash support on my car was in black wrinkle paint that was very faded and
beat up. I stripped off the old paint and used the Moss wrinle paint to
resurface it. I had to do over twice before I developed the wrinkle paint
skill. I ended up using a heat gun from a distance to accellerate the surface
drying... which is the wrinkle paint idea. It needs to be done on a hot dry
day in summer... if it's winter then you must fool it.
