Another tool that sounds like this is METRINCH. Gerhart on this list
turned me on to this tool. They have a nice homepage at
www.metrinch.com. Not wanting to invest the $130 in a set I found a
millwright at work that had a set. Haven't used them yet 'cause the
screws are still soaking. Have others on the list tried this
product...any reports?
