last summer I rebuilt the down draft weber on my spitfire and could not
get it to run with our pumping the gas pedal. Used a lot of carb.
cleaner, more than on brand with not luck. Then found a carb shop that
would put the carb & parts in their heated cleaner over night for about
$10. Actually all weekend long it I could have gotten it there on
Friday. Best $10, I ever spent. The SU & Strombergs have less ports
and small passageway than the weber and should clean easier right?
