All the time.  In our GT6 MKII.

M1, M4 and M25 Arround London.  Worst motorways in the world!!!????

It keeps up OK with most traffic. Crusing happily at 75-80 mph.

We had to get to Southampton to catch a ferry one night and we did 90-95 mph 
constantly down the M3 with no ill effects. (We caught the ferry OK)
