Just my 2 cents on this subject -  I purchased a set of Whitworth wrenches
from Moss in 1989 and am using them to this day - 
They are "Heyco" brand, made in Germany, and I have never had a problem -
Their 3/8" drive sockets are also a great buy - Way, way less expensive than
Snap-On.
