MECHANICS, DO KNOW TO USE THE PHONE! Some actually know how to use these new things called a C O M P U T E R.... and some even use another crazy thing called the I N T E R N E T. You need to get it correct, we call the people you're complaining about "service writers". You're just buying the wrong cars!
