It's not BSP - the only BMW that ends up in BSP is the E36 M3. If it fits
in Street Prepared, it would either be in CSP (under the catchall "All
sedans over 1.7L and under 3.0L not otherwise classified") or maybe in DSP
(under the catchall "All V6 and turbo 4-cyl. sedans under 3.0L not
otherwise classified."). Seems to me that the logical place for it should
be in DSP, same as the 325 - I think it's an oversight.

However, I don't know if the 3.15 LSD is an allowable swap for SP - I don't
remember which diff ratios came on a 328, and if it is a catchall car, then
update/backdate from a different model doesn't apply. If it's not legal in
SP, then my guess would be Street Mod, OSP, maybe STX (but I don't know the
rules for STX...), or maybe FP (but I don't know the Prepared rules either...).

The only other mod that's questionable for SP are the seats - if they're
padded and upholstered, then they're perfectly legal in SP. The X-brace is
a stock part on the E36 328 convertible. The throttle body should be legal
under 14.10.C.
