Well the point of PayPal is that this is easy and
cheap. Traceable electronic transactions are much
safer than a box of cash waiting to walk at an event,
mnuch easier than robbing a 7-11.

Rednecks! BMW gets you to pay ahead of time. Austin
Spokes, also. Utah Region too, IIRC. The PayPal
advantage is instant payment, no waiting on an
(anthrax laced) check :-)

Well, not true any longer. Legally you could do a
digital signature of the waiver, but that would be
asking too much...
