But the insurance companies can tell the SCCA to make it safer and what  
happens then??  One obvious way is to SLOW down the course by tightening  it (I

NOT want this).  My proposal is to slow down just the stock  classes as a 
proactive (or preemptive) move to keep the insurance companies from  even 
looking 
at Solo.
