I agree whole-heartedly with this approach. As a club sport, we need to have
more people come in and making someone mad is not the way to do it. Some
people do not know enough about the rules or their car to know they are
cheating. I am a firm believer in talking to a person first and trying to
find out the whole story. Just MHO.
