        The steering wheel on the TR250 and TR6 is adjustable. Isn't
the 4A's also? If you move the wheel an inch or so closer to you, it will
also go a bit higher, since the column is angled downward. More
importantly, it will get the wheel away from your knee and a bit more
over your thigh, which helps quite a bit in my TR250. (Though the stock
TR250 wheel is dished, which also helps). Instructions for 
adjusting the steering column are in the Bentley manual, ISTR.

        BTW, to another lister who replied: The TR3 and TR4 do not
share a chassis. The TR4 is 4" wider.
