My dad has one of these. Overall he likes it, particularly at the price.
One place he had an issue was the drawer height... He can't use a wrench
organizer like I can (organizer is this one:

because the wrenches hit the top of the drawer above.
But, barring that, he likes it a lot.
Construction quality wise, I equate all these things, the Craftsman ball
bearing stuff, etc. Then next would be the Craftsman industrial/pro
stuff, then the 'real' toolboxes by snapon, mac, matco, and the like.
The primary difference, to me, seems to be the amount of weight the box
drawer can handle. As the boxes get bigger, you can get more weight in a
drawer and consequently the box needs to be stronger, the drawer needs to
be stronger, the slides need to be stronger, etc. My buddies' snap-on,
mac, and matco boxes seem to be able to handle anything you can fit in a
drawer (including them very occasionally using the drawer as a step!) but
you pay A LOT for that level of durability...
