Sean,
Congratulations on becoming a Bricklin owner. It sounds like you are already
going through the initiation ;-)
There should be a thick washer under each lug nut. Do you have those? Without
them maybe the lug nuts don't seat firmly in place and allow the wheel to
move a little. If the wheel moves on the studs at all, it can loosen the lug
nuts quickly.
Are the accelerator pumps in your carbs working? Move the throttle and look
down the throat of the carb with the engine off. You should see a good squirt
of gas.
