I lived 3 years in South Africa and as a "souvenir" of this beautiful
country I both 2 Triumphs TR3 A and TR4 A, that I bring back to France (my
country).
So , sorry Chris I took an other TR4 from South Africa but there is some
other that you may can get (ask the Triumph Club of Cape Town, may be Geoff
can sell one of his...)
About the TR3A commission number my TR3 A got the number TS 8 30709 register
in1960 this car should be made in SA with a number corresponding of a 1958
car. For me the number 8 is a number added for the car build in SA and the
real number is TS 30709 (engine TS 30588E).
I saw one other TR3 inSA with this same 8, I am right?
