Actually I meant (regarding the 5/8" spacer) a spacer fitted to the spring
to increase its overall length.  5/8" of spring length correlates to 1" of
ride height..

I can't see any other option than the frame being bent.  I mentioned the
body-to-frame
spacers mainly to rule them out.

Can you have the frame checked at some other frame shop?
