Until, of course, the others fail due to being overstressed since you were
asking 4 fasteners to do the job of 6. When that happens, if you are lucky, you
will see the axle/wheel/tire assembly sticking out of the wheel well too far.
If you aren't lucky, you'll be driving down the road, when suddenly the
axle/wheel/tire assembly and your car will no longer be together. The rear of
the car will fall onto the pavement and you will hopefully come to a safe but
noisy stop, wondering where your axle/wheel/tire assembly ended up and how much
body damage you just sustained. Of course, if you drive your car sedately, you
may never have a problem. But if you drive it like a sports car should be
driven.....
I used 5/6-18 helicoils to do both sides of my car after I witnessed an above
