Sort of a chicken and egg situation. There is no back bumper on the TR3 so
as to allow access to the spare tire well. But if the spare tire is mounted
outside the car there is no need to allow access to the spare tire well since
there is no spare tire in the spare tire well 'cause it is outside making the
spare tire well ... oh, never mind!
