Thanks. That site looks quite informative. I've been following Dan Master's
wiring design from his TR6 electrical book. It's setup this way as well with
two relays, one for fog and driving, using the high beam and parking light
circuits for the switching logic, and a single three-way switch. I'll be 
putting in a new brown wire direct from the battery just for the lights.

I've got all the parts assembled, except for the lamp bar, which I'll be 
making in my brother's shop. (He's an operations manager for an e-coat and
powder coat firm, so I'll be able to get the bar painted there as well.)

Heh. I need to get horns for my car first. Which begs the question, what kind
of horns did the rally cars use; stock?
