Here's a wild thought, ok, maybe a dumb one.  Since you are really not
worried about true values, only relative ones (right?), couldn't you make a
scale out of a coil spring, or 2, and either steel plates or 2x6's?  fashion
a platform to jack the car ont and use a ruler mounted vertically to measure
how many inches each corner depresses the springs.
