Douglas,
Maybe you can find a used scale for weighing cattle. 600 lb would be right
in the accurate part of their range I bet. The wouldn't have the glamour of
being associated with race cars so they mightn't be so pricey; in fact,
they might even smell.

Hi all,
....Has anyone ever run across/developed a cheap way to do this? (Is it
possible to buy a bathroom scale that reads to 600 lb?)
