Just looked through a copy of a British Magazine called Redline. It's big
and glossy and aimed at the "speed" freaks, be they in cars or on
motorcycles. The attitude of it is similar to Wired, Rolling Stone or Screw!
It even had nudity, well topless, in it. In a section on British cars they
praised quite a few but dumped big time on others. For instance (and I'm
working from memory as it wasn't worth $8.50): in a sidebar entitled
"Worthless Sh*# (or something like that) they "reviewed" the Spitfire (only
a hairdresser would drive one), MGB (if you see one, kill it) and the Stag
(Smartest thing Triumph did was to stop producing it). The only LBC they
liked was the E type Jag. Maybe some of the British listers can shed more
light on this publication.
