I can tell you that on the passenger seat (side by the tranny tunnel) there
is a "male snap" like the ones on the dashboard. It's mounted on the side of
the seat frame bottom in the front hole (There's 2 holes in my seat frame).
I just got the car in November and haven't had a chance to use the tonneau
cover yet but assume it's to secure the cover when you have the passenger
side covered and the driver side uncovered.
