No it's even more fun than that!
Half the hardware on computers will think is 2000 the
others could thinks its 1984, and then you have the
computers thinking its 1900.
The software will not know what to do with this and
try to correct. ect.
But
If your computer does manage to role-over there is
a problem, do you know if it is a leap year.

Because its the end of the milienium, it's up
to the powers that bee, and they have descided
that to make the orbit of earth equal and all
that it should be a leap year.
