If you knew me better, you'd realize that I don't have enough mechanical
ability to belittle. :-) However, I do have a Bentley manual and I did
manage to get the half-axles out before proceeding further. My problem
so far is that Bentley assumes more knowlegde than I have so I end
up turning to the list for help.  

One of my goals in purchasing my TR6 (aside from having fun) was to
learn more about auto mechanics. The people on this list are a 
terrific resource. I'm happy to be part of this community.
