Front brake bleed

Well!  Found the problem trying to bleed the front brakes.

 The Haynes AND the Leyland manul show a rubber seal going into the master
cylinder before the tipping valve.  Since the rebuild kit had a seal that just
fit into that hole, I put it in, then the tipping valve.

This seal jammed against the rubber of the tipping valve tip and caused no
fluid to flow.

Dumb manual!

I ripped an old MC apart and found there should be no rubber seal under the
tipping valve.

On another note, the PDWA does not block flow of fluid when it off-centres.  I
had to rip mine apart again to find that out.
