Need repair manual recommendation

Hello
I don't currently own a repair manual for my '75 Spitfire. What are the 
better options out there for manuals? I want to get one with good detail and 
excellent electrical and mechanical diagrams.

Does it exist for less than an arm and a leg? Where can I get it?
