Sure enough.  Mine was under a blob of glue though.  Weird place for me to 
have spilled glue.  Oh well!  Running 135psi now.

In other news, it sounds like the HF "US General" air compressors are 
actually assembled in the US, according to various google searches. 
People that actually have them overall said nice things about them.

In my position, its hard to justify more than double the cost of the 5hp 
one for the TP tools name brand setup, even with TP tools just down the 
road from me.
