Pallet Jack. http://www.powermoverinc.net/pallet%20jack.htm You can get a
hand pump one that will easily lift 700 pounds. I see used ones for sale
in industrial equipment auctions all the time. They are very
maneuverable, and you will find other uses in the shop. You should be
able to roll it with an armstrong motor as long as your slope is minimal.
You'd also have to be a little creative in making a cradle to pick up the
tongue wheel. They do sell electric ones, but you generally need a
sophisticated charger for the industrial battery.
