The 'bong' goes between the cabinet and the vacuum, basically the air drawn
from the cabinet is forced to bubble through the water, which traps much of
the dust, keeping the filter in the vacuum from clogging as quickly.  It's
not trying to recover sand, hopefully as much of that as possible is kept
inside the cabinet.

I intend to copy Nelson's design (I think I even use the same brand of cat
litter <g>), but I'll add some small holes to the sides of the 'dip tube' in
the 'bong', to make smaller air bubbles.
