I'm not sure what it's like stateside but my dads farm (We live in England)
has no neighbours for miles, likewise with one of my mates, but that hasn't
stopped the problems. The authorities have ordered that scrap cars can't be
stored on the farms because they contain pollutants in the form of oil and
petrol.

Now I'm buggered because most of my parts come from the few cars collected
over the years.
