For what it's worth Buick heads will go on olds but you have to use
Buick push rods, heads, head bolts, rocker arms, and valve covers.  The
extra bolt holes on the Olds block are just left.  The 300 crank has a
3.4 in stroke not 3.5.  The 65 300 motor should have cast iron heads not
aluminum like the 64 heads which are valuable.  To me $500 for this
package is a pretty fair price.  In your V8 MG it isn't how many states
you go thru but how many time zones!!!! 500,000 plus  MGV8 Glenn
