Hi Mike,
Trust me even in the rougher parts of the city there is nothing for sale
worth buying at all for under oh $385,000. And this would be for a fixer
in gang territory.
We know that we will have to leave the city but we will not be
happy out in surburbia. But we figure berkeley-oakland is still pretty
hip with lots of cultrual things to do.
