Hi Andy,
Nice to have your mother working as your realtor. Did she give you back her
commision? Do realtors have mothers?? (just kidding)
It seems liek the realtors are thinking the market is tanking here
but no body has told the people trying to buy houses. BOth realtors were
shocked that the house we wanted got bid up so much.
