Alfa had their GTA
Twin Cam / Twin Plug,  twin 45 DCOES webers or  mechanical fuel injection or
FIA  4 valve motor which the pistons that where installed from the bottom
because block and head were a single piece.
BMW had a turbo 2002 tii ( mechanical injection and turbo charges ).
