William,
        I might be able to help you.  When I converted my car to 
Stainless Steel/Teflon brake lines, I just bought little aliminum 
screw-in adaptors to fit into the wheel cylinders, caliper pipes, etc.  
You're in luck with the fact that many racing systems use Girling/Lockeed 
masters, as well as slaves and calipers.  I think you should be able to 
find what you're lookin for in a racer catalog.  Pegasus, etc.
        If you have no hope of finding a catalog, send mail to
wheel-to-wheel@abingdon.eng.sun.com    which is the racer list. I'm sure 
someone can supply you with the numbers for different companies, Earls, 
Aeroquip, etc..
