I don't think raising the entrance fee is the answer.  If you attend 20 events, 
that's an extra $100/year.  
I think checking cards to be able to park in the paddock is the best idea.  
GGF, SF, and Oakland all have only one parking entrance open.  And I think we 
can count on the fact that no SCCA member is going to steal anything.
