Perish the thought, Keith. I've seen a few spectacular spins through slaloms
on flat pavement (including one from behind the wheel ;). Imagine the carnage
that could result from a slalom over the 3Com Hump(tm)!

Speaking of dealing with the ridge, if you go out and look around on
that lot, you see *lots* of paint marks from other autocross type
courses. One set of marks I found particularly interesting is a
slalom running right along the hump. The cones are placed on the
ridge, so every turn in the slalom is off-camber. That's just *EVIL*!
I'm still not sure if I want to banish the thought from my mind
completely, or include it in a future course. :)
