How is slowing down "just the stock classes" going to keep the insurance
companies happy? They won't care if there's an incident with a Prepared
or Mod car as long as all the Stock cars are going slow???

This is one part of the overall solution and would be combined with a more
stringently controlled course design based on the existing Solo rules
(restricting stock class speeds) with maybe a clarification or two. The stock
cars would go a little slower so that a tighter course is not required. The
stock classes are getting closer and closer to the SP. P and even Mod class
times.
